We value your satisfaction. Here’s how we handle refunds and returns.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Must be in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: gift cards and downloadable software.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records.
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts.
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery.

Refund Process

After receiving your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account or contact your bank/credit card provider.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items. Contact us at info@s3eed.ae.

Gifts

If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

Contact us at info@s3eed.ae to arrange for pickup. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’re responsible for return shipping fees.
